1. Introduction​

This Privacy Policy explains how SnapMind uses your data to generate notes, flashcards and quizzes for you.

2. Scope​

This policy applies to the current version of the SnapMind. By using the app you acknowledge that unless Online mode (enabled by default) is disabled under your settings, the notes you upload will be shared with 3rd party AI-Providers to generate notes for you.

3. No Data Collection​

We do not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share:

  • Personal data
  • Usage analytics
  • Device identifiers
  • Location data
  • Contacts or media
  • Health or fitness records

However, if Online mode is enabled, the notes you upload, flashcards and quizzes will be shared with 3rd party AI-Providers to generate notes for you. Please contact us at contact@bytegenius.com.sg if you would like to find out more about the 3rd party AI-Providers we use.

4. Local Processing Only (Other than notes, flashcards and quizzes generation)​

Other than notes, flashcards and quizzes generation, all other app features are calculated locally and no other information leaves your device.

5. Third Parties​

We integrate no advertising, analytics, tracking pixels, or external libraries that transmit data.

6. Children​

If you are using the app to study for exams, please ensure you comply with your institution's policies on academic integrity. The app is not intended for use by children under 13 without parental consent. Please double-check the information given by the app as it may not always be accurate.

7. Changes​

If the app ever adds features involving data collection this policy will be updated before release. Previous versions will remain available for review.
